Terms of Service

Lang Cloze provides language-learning tools including public and private sentence collections, practice activities, learning progress, text-to-speech, speech recognition, and AI-assisted content creation.

Lang Cloze is a learning tool, not an accredited school, examination provider, or professional translation service. We cannot promise a particular test score, career result, or level of fluency.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account or purchase a subscription. If local law permits a minor to use the service with parental consent, the required consent and protections must be in place first.

Keep your email account, sign-in provider, and device secure. Do not sell, rent, share, or misuse an account. Please contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Free features may have reasonable daily, monthly, duration, capacity, or fair-use limits. Speech recognition and AI generation may be temporarily unavailable when a limit is reached, the service is busy, a provider is unavailable, or we need to protect the service.

We may adjust free features and limits over time. Changes that materially affect paid benefits will be handled according to the purchase terms and applicable law.

Prices, currency, billing period, included benefits, taxes, and any trial are shown before purchase. Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

You can cancel through the subscription management option in Lang Cloze. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so you can continue using paid features until then. Refunds are provided when required by applicable law or stated at purchase.

AI-generated sentences, translations, explanations, speech transcripts, and automated scores may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. Network quality, accents, devices, and background noise can also affect results.

Use your own judgment before relying on an output, and do not use Lang Cloze output as legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

You keep the rights you have in prompts, answers, private sentence collections, feedback, and other content you submit. You give Lang Cloze a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, format, and process that content only as needed to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the features you use.

Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not submit another person's sensitive information, confidential material, or protected content without permission.

The service, software, interface, brand, sentence-library structure, audio, text, and graphics belong to Lang Cloze or its licensors. You may use them for personal or internal learning while you follow these Terms.

You may not bulk copy, scrape, mirror, resell, or republish the service; bypass access, payment, usage, or security controls; use unpublished interfaces; or place unreasonable automated load on the service.

Do not use Lang Cloze to break the law, harm others, impersonate someone, spread malicious software, attack systems, access accounts or data without permission, evade usage limits, commit payment fraud, or infringe privacy or intellectual-property rights.

Lang Cloze relies on service providers for hosting, sign-in, email, speech processing, AI features, and payments. Their availability, regional restrictions, and terms may affect parts of the service. We choose and manage providers with care but cannot guarantee that every third-party service will always be available.

We may add, change, limit, or discontinue features and may interrupt the service for maintenance, security, legal requirements, events beyond our control, or provider failures.

We may restrict or close an account that seriously or repeatedly violates these Terms, creates a security risk, commits fraud, or fails to pay amounts due. You may stop using the service, cancel a subscription, or request account deletion at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Lang Cloze is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or a specific learning outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability can be limited, Lang Cloze is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or business changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes through the website, account, or email when appropriate. Mandatory consumer protections in your country or region continue to apply.
