適合喺香港做網店客服、銷售或者樣辦跟進嘅人。重點係回覆海外客人，未查清楚之前唔好答實有貨或者送到日期。 先熟習啲表達，再入綜合模式練聽、寫、跟讀同主動回想。
客人只係問有冇貨，可以先問：Could you confirm which size and color you need? 如果仲未查到，就講：Let me check the current stock before I confirm. 先問清楚款式同數量，再答價錢同運送安排。

回覆查詢時，呢幾個分別要講清楚
- in stock / available to order
- In stock 係而家有現貨；available to order 只係可以落單，未必即刻寄得。未知倉庫數量就先講要查，唔好將接受預訂講成有現貨。
- sample / example
- 寄實物樣辦用 sample；example 多數用嚟講一個例子。客人要睇樣辦，記得分開確認產品、樣辦費同運費。
- over one hundred / one hundred or more
- 原有例句嘅 over one hundred 係超過一百，唔包括啱啱一百。如果店舖條件係一百件起，就要講 one hundred or more。數量同價錢要跟實際安排。
